About the property
Villa Maslina is a lovely historic 6 bedroom holiday villa that has been restored from the ruins of an Olive Mill. Hugh Chapman supervised two years of painstaking restoration and the result is a villa full of original features but comfortable and practical for your holiday. The main house was the original mill and the adjoining guest house was the Millers cottage this makes for flexible accommodation with 2 bedrooms a sitting room and small kitchen in the cottage and 4 bedrooms and the large living space in the main house all joined together by a dining terrace , bar and BBQ.
The living floor has an open plan kitchen and dining room with a TV room adjacent. A feature of this villa is the outside dining terrace straight off the kitchen with seating for 14 and next to the bar and drinks fridge. This space is partly covered for shade and has seating overlooking the pool and Tivat Bay. It is secure for young children with gates to the garden.
The flat deck private pool (8x4 meters) is surrounded by sun terraces, ample sun beds and umbrellas. It has sun all day and we have a pretty little gazebo with some comfy chairs for shade and relaxation.There is table tennis , darts and ball games. There is secure parking for 5 cars . The shops and beaches are 5 mins by Car.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms are all double ( 3 doubles , 3 twins) and Sleep 12 with capacity for 2 extra put up beds. Cots and high chairs are provided FOC. All the bedrooms are en suite and furnished with comfortable beds and white linen. The shower rooms have ample storage space and hairdryers. Bedrooms have fans for cooling and air con in 4 bedrooms. Balcony or terrace for every bedroom.

Low season : April and up to middle of May £800 per 7 nights short stays pro rata

Air con is available in the 2 top floor bedrooms and 2 groundfloor bedrooms plus the guest house sitting room
Small numbers may be able to have a discount out of season

YES absolutely ! You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer and we will hold your holiday payment in our Trust account until your holiday is completed. Vista Trails is fully owned by the Chapman family. We take a low 10 % deposit and the balance 90 days before arrival.
